Next challenge of Gangi, Polish rate 80% Authentic but Sophisticated Junmai, Rice changed to Yamadanishiki
Gangi has been accumulating the skill and knowledge of using Yamadanishiki. As this label names as "Another", it's their new challenge for brewing Sake with less polished rice, only 20% polished out.
Owing to the quality of rice and their sophisticated skill, you can't feel any off-taste. The thick and various layers of taste and slightly milky and fruity aroma will make you surprised. The acidity is higher than other Sake of Gangi, and it balanced with the complex Umami.
