Limited 1385 bottles, The most premium Kijoshu brewed with two-years-aged Kijoshu, The elegancy and condensed beauty is like a diamond
It's limited to 1385 bottles. It's another big shot of ARAMASA next to ITANKYOSO. The production method is as crazy as ITANKYOSO. This is a Sake of re-brewed Kijoshu. Kijoshu "貴醸酒" means "Preciously brewed Sake". The reason is the Sake put in the fermentation process instead of water. That's why it's named "貴醸酒", and it's more expensive than general Sake. But what is re-brewed Kijoshu??
Re-brewed Kijoshu is put Kijoshu in the fermentation process instead of normal Sake. It's a totally crazy brewing method, a super luxurious way.
Moreover, it's brewed with two-years-aged premium Kijoshu, and aged six years under 0 degrees.
Kijoshu is normally sweet, but it will be far beyond your imagination. It's great to experience to broaden your view of Sake.
Aramasa recommends the best timing as follows;
・Aging at 10 degrees:Year of 2017
・Aging at 6 degrees:Year of 2018
・Aging at 0 degrees:Year of 2020 ~
*We keep it under 0 degrees now
