In 2004, KUZURYU DAIGINJO started as the Daiginjo for drinking warm. Please enjoy aged Daiginjo.
The top note is fruity and mild; it's very calm and moderate.
The texture is light and smooth; the mellow Umami spreads slowly and elegantly.
By being aged under low temperature, the five tastes are harmonized perfectly.
Of course, it's great to drink chilled. If you'd like to enjoy the aged mellow feeling more, room temperature to warm would be great.
