Vegetables
・1/2 Onion
・1/2 Paprika
・2/3 Eggplant
・1 Tomato
・1 Clove Garlic

Pork rib ball
・200g Pork rib
・1/4 Tbsp Salt
・1/2 Tbsp Sugar
・1 Tbsp Grated ginger
・1 Tbsp Starch
・2 Tbsp Starch and 1 Tbsp Sweet potato starch

・3 Tbsp Black vinegar
・4 Tbsp Dashi soup
・1.5 Black sugar
・1 Tbsp Ginger sugar

Other
・1 Tbsp Starch
・Little Leek

How to cook

Vegetables
1.Cut all the vegetables
2.Remove moisture and deep fry

Pork rib ball
1.Combine suger, salt and ginger with pork rib
2.Add starch and beat it
3.Roll it
4.Cover it with starch and sweet potato starch
5.Deep fry

Source
1.Combine dashi soup, black vinegar, soy source, brown sugar, ginger juice

Dish-up
1.Heat oil and fry garlic
2.Combine deep fried pork rib ball and vegetables and tomato.
3.Combine source and starch toss it
4.Add leek on top
