Chomonkyo is a very creamy, full-bodied sake because of containing lots of the lactic acid. Pairing it with the rich taste of miso sauce with walnuts base is excellent. We recommend to enjoy it chilled, because its sourness harmonizes with the intensively seasoned miso sauce.
