By steaming, pork loses its fat a lot. The taste of the sauce is a bit intensive but apple gives freshness and natural sweetness. Aromatic and dry type sake is the good pairing partner.

How to cook
- Grate onion and apple.
- Add and mix other ingredients of the sauce to the grated onion and apple.
- Roll mini tomatoes with sliced pork rib and skewer 3 of them.
- Roll broccolis with sliced pork rib and skewer 3 of them.
- Roll boiled carrots and okras with sliced pork rib, then cut into 3 and skewer them.
- Roll leeks with sliced pork rib, then cut into 3 and skewer them.
- Steam 3-6) for 5-7 mins.
