We have an announcement regarding the delivery for December. Please note that the general delivery date will be changed from 25 to 21 Dec. This change will not affect members who have specified their delivery date by 15 Dec. (This also won't affect members who have already specified their own delivery.)
Our transport company, Yamato, has informed us that the quantity of parcels they need to deliver for this year-end will exceed their capacity. We know that some members have already faced troubles with delivery. We apologize for the inconvenience, but we are sure that delivering your sake a little earlier than usual is the best way to avoid delivery problems.
According to this change, the general delivery date will be on 21 Dec. However, all members can still specify the delivery date and time from Dec 21 to 10 Jan. Some members might consider drinking the December sake on a special occasion. Please don’t forget to specify the delivery date and time by 15 Dec.
Again, we apologize for any inconvenience. We believe this change will help prevent delivery problems in December. Your kind understanding is much appreciated.
