1 Tbsp Sugar
1 Tsp Basil
Sauce
1 Tbsp Mustard
1 Tbsp Honey
How to Cook
1) Open chicken breast
2) Rub sugar, salt, and basil
3) Put 2) in a plastic bag and let it sit overnight
4) Wash salt out
5) Repeat 3 times in 1 hour
6) Wrap 5) tightly like candy
