1 Tsp Sake
1 Tsp Soy sauce
1/2 Egg white
1 Dried shiitake
1 Tsp Starch

Sauce
400cc Dashi
1 Tbsp Sake
1 Tbsp Mirin
1.5 Tbsp Soy sauce
1/2 Tsp Salt
1 Tbsp Starch

How to cook

1)Simmer radish for 20 mins from water
2)Hollow out radish
3)Add salt, sake, soy sauce, egg white, dried shiitake and starch with minced chicken
4)Staff 3) in radish
5)Steam for 20 mins
6)Add dashi, sake, mirin, soy sauce, salt
7)Heat 6) and slowly add starch
8)Pour 7) on 5)
