Dashi Jure
・220cc dash soup
・1/2 Tbsp soy source
・1/4 Tbsp salt
・5g gelatine
Mango Jelly
・1/2 Mango
・50cc dashi soup
・1/8 Tbsp salt
・5g gelatine
Vegetable
・1/4 red paprika
・1/4 yellow paprika
・1/4 cucumber
・1/3 corn
・1/8 radish
・1/2 Tbsp wine vinegar
・1/2 Tbsp olive oil
・Little salt and pepper
How to cook
Dashi Jure
1.Put dashi in the boiled water
2.Combine all ingredient
3.Cool in the fridge for 1 hour
Mango Jelly
1.Create mango puree with a blender
2.Add dashi soup, salt, and gelatin and mix it
3.Pour it to glass and cool in the fridge for 1 hour
Vegetable
1.Dice all the vegetable
2.Combine wine vinegar, salt and pepper
Dish-up
1.Put vegetable on mango jelly
2.Crash dashi jure and put it on the vegetable
