Iwate Origin Brewery Rice Wine Suitable for Junmai

Ginotome is Iwate origin brewery rice and belongs to the early line rice. It was bred from 1990 and completed in 2003.

Ginotome got the character with a large particle, but the Shimpaku rate is lower than Miyamanishiki. The brewing character is the same as Miyamanishiki and suitable for brewing Junmai.
