Rep the Brewing of Aomori Prefecture
Hanafubuki was started breeding in 1974 in Aomori and registered in 1986. It's planting in Aomori and the north of Akita. Hanafubuki is mostly used for Junmai and special Junmai brewing because it is easily broken at high-polished. It still has a rich fruity aroma and refreshing taste.
