Like fresh precessing sake in brewery
Sake is separated into sake and sake-kasu by filter. Nigori sake has a small amount of sake-kasu because of using filter with large mesh.
Amount of rice solids: A little.
Appearance: Almost transparent, lines of rice solids are floating.
Taste: Not different from unpasteurized nama sake, but little sweeter.
Usunigori provide in early spring. It will taste like fresh sake in sake brewery.
