Brewery rice from Iwate

Yuinoka is a new species brewery rice. It was started breeding in 2002 and announced in 2012. The Iwate sake brewery wants to use Iwate origin brewery rice for the high-quality sake and making Yuinoka breeding.

Yuinoka was produced for brewing Daiginjo grade sake. It is not easy to break at high polished. The clarity aroma with umami flavor. Nanbu Bijin would use Yuinoka to make different kinds of sake.
