Brewed with blending two different yeasts, gorgeous aroma like strawberries and bananas, mellow and juicy JD Nakadori version
It's a limited Junmaidaiginjo brewed with two different yeasts, Myori and number 9. This blending is the golden recipe Chiyo Shuzo creates. The aroma is gorgeous and fruity, like strawberries and bananas.
The texture is mellow and smooth; the beautiful and creamy Umami melts on your tongue.
The high-grade Omachi brewer's rice creates a great balance of sweetness and Umami. Contrary to the attack, the last half is light, and the finish is refreshing and crisp.
