It's a Sake inspired by the poetry from Kenji Miyazawa, which s 農民芸術概論綱要 “The summary for general theory of farmers’ arts”.
The famous poet, Kenji Miyazawa, grows crops as a farmer and writes this poet about the artistry of agriculture.
This Sake is produced by using the limited bio rice, RIKUU 132, grown by brewers.
It's no lactic acid, yeast, additive very natural Sake fermented in the wooden barrel.
