The third edition features an extremely rare sparkling version of the “Hinotori” namazake. If you’ve never tried a sparkling kijoshu before, this is a must-try bottle.

The second bottle is Niru Game, brewed using traditional kimoto methods with low-polished, pesticide-free rice. However, this time, it was made with completely unpolished rice at a 100% polish ratio.

How will it turn out…? Only time will tell.
