Back by popular demand, the ultra-popular “Jr.” series returns with one of its finest expressions: Kudoki Jozu Jr. Aiyama 33, brewed by sixth-generation brewer Toshinori Imai.

This sake is crafted using super-premium grade “Banshu Aiyama” rice, of which only 8.3% of the harvest meets the top-tier standard. To achieve ultimate refinement, it has been luxuriously polished down to 33%, leaving only one-third of the original grain. Fermented slowly at low temperatures, the result is a sake of extraordinary finesse—like life itself, patiently shaped over time.

The flavor offers layered notes of maple syrup, banana, and a silky-smooth texture. The full-bodied character of Aiyama rice is beautifully expressed, with an intoxicating sweetness and deep richness that makes each sip irresistible.
