Inspired by the theme “Pray to the Stars,” the label design embodies a heartfelt wish, as if giving form to a quiet prayer. By polishing Aiyama to a pure white 40%, we sought to achieve an elegant, jewel-like sake—free of impurities, with beautifully refined sweetness and a smooth, melting mouthfeel.
