A Special Limited Sake — Brewed with “Ushu Homare,” Developed by the Brewery of Juyondai
The sake rice used in this release, “Ushu Homare,” is a rare variety developed and cultivated over 18 years by Mr. Takagi of Takagi Shuzo—the legendary brewery behind Juyondai.
Alongside Ryū no Otoshigo and Sake Mirai, it forms part of what is known as Takagi Shuzo’s “Three Great Sake Rice Varieties.”
This Junmai Daiginjo from Kankiku Meijo is crafted using that highly prized Ushu Homare, resulting in a truly special and limited expression.
This sake carries a heartfelt wish:
“May those who drink it welcome the end and beginning of the year with a calm and open heart—just as one gazes peacefully upon the vast horizon from Kujukuri Beach.”
