Association 1801 Yeast + Gunma KAZE Yeast
A refreshing scent with no sarcasm that makes you feel the sweetness of Muscat. When you put it in your mouth, the taste of rice comes out behind the light gas feeling. Right after being pressed, this sake was immediately bottled, super fresh and naked sake. While pouring it into glasses, a fresh lychee-like fruity scent spread in the air. This unique and beautiful aroma is generated by the original blend of several yeasts.
This label contains lots of naturally produced gas so that you might feel it's sparkling sake at first. But the gas won't last long and mild sweetness shows its face. The sweetness is gradually shifting to charming umami, which is influenced by "Miyamanishiki" brewer's rice.
Aftertaste is clean and crisp.
