It's a sparking version of ARAMASA NO6 X-type. It's extremely rare Junmaidaiginjo brewed by the Kimoto method. It's only released once a year, and the production is super small.
The aroma is gorgeous, like vanilla, pineapple, apple. Once sipping it, the mild and creamy flavor like yogurt goes through the nose. It's really exotic.
Brewers filtered the Nigori very carefully, so the texture silky smooth and the fine-grained bobbles pop in the mouth pleasantly.
In the very end, the refreshing sourness like citrus fruits makes its finish crisp.
