Have you ever tried the sparkling Sake produced with the Kimoto method? Also, it's sparkling Sake is produced with the method of secondary fermentation in the bottle, which is as same as Champagne.
The buddle is fine-grained and refreshing. The sour and fresh taste is something like grapefruits. It's high-grade Sake for the aperitif.
