Fresh & juicy like ripe citrus fruits, sour and sweet aroma and slightly bitter after taste
This label brewed with the local rice and water of Akita pref, so it's very Akita made sake. The first note is sour and sweet like a blood orange. The taste is also the same as its aroma. Well-balanced sweetness and sourness is the key palate in the first half.
slight bitterness gradually oozes out. This ending will betray your expectation in the good meaning.
This bitterness doesn't last long and cleared sharply by the clear sourness. It's highly recommended to pair with oysters.
