It's a conceptual Sake of Azumatsuru, a Sake to heal the tired body. It's light and refreshing; the high acidity like lemon makes the juicy mouthfeel.
13% alcohol content is low to Sake, and the taste is very roundish and soft.
If you start to drink early, it's a very suitable Sake. The pop and bright taste delight your happy day!!
