As a part of the project to promote the town of Azumatsuru, this limited edition has been produced.
Azumatsuru brews 100% local Junmaidaiginjo with using the local rice "Sagabiyori".
It's a first and only product in this year. The aroma is fruity like a pear and melon, and the texture is smooth and juicy, the new super soft well-water give a significant influence on it.
The taste is purely sweet, cute & moderate sourness creates the beautiful balance of the flavor. The shape of bottle is very beautiful, so it's a perfect Sake to treat both Sake beginners and Sake lovers.
