As a part of the project to promote the town of Azumatsuru, this limited edition has been produced in 2020 too.
Azumatsuru brews 100% local Junmaidaiginjo with using the local rice "夢しずく Yume-shizuku".
The aroma is elegantly fruity like a deluxe Japanese melon, and the transparency of its texture is empathized in this year. The taste is purely sweet, cute & moderate sourness creates the beautiful balance of the flavor.
The shape of bottle is very beautiful and with the original carton box, so it's a perfect Sake to treat both Sake beginners and Sake lovers.
