It's the first Junmaidaiginjo brewed this winter. The rice is Hitogokochi grown by local skilled farmers. It's a Jikagumi type, bottling right after being squeezed. It's super fresh and refreshing Junmaidaiginjo.
The aroma is fruity and crisp, like mint and lime.
