The Aramasa 2025 Limited Release – Send Edition: Kuronotori & Hi-notori is a special edition sake set released by Aramasa Brewery (Akita Prefecture) in 2025.

Centered around two iconic kijoshu (re-brewed sake) expressions—Kuronotori and Hi-notori—this release showcases Aramasa’s experimental spirit and relentless pursuit of flavor refinement.

A. Kurono Tori 玄乃鳥 – 500ml

This is a Kijoshu brewed with unpolished brown rice of “Shikokumai” (purple–black rice).

B. Hi-no Tori 緋乃鳥 – 500ml

This is a Kijoshu brewed with unpolished brown rice of “Shikokumai” (purple–black rice).
