In the No.6 series from Aramasa, “R” stands for Regular. Brewed using the Kimoto method, this sake highlights the rich umami of Nama (unpasteurized) sake.
This version is the Jikagumi (directly drawn) Regular, where the freshly pressed sake is bottled immediately after extraction. Enjoy its complex layers of flavor as it unfolds on the palate.
