“Ryu no Otoshigo” opens with a gentle touch of acidity that harmonizes beautifully with its sweetness. Juicy notes of honeydew melon, green apple, and other ripe fruits unfold gracefully, supported by hints of citrus and subtle woody nuances that highlight a refreshing character. Gradually, an elegant rice fragrance emerges, adding depth and sophistication.

A delicate bitterness—characteristic of fine sake—appears toward the finish, enhancing the layers and roundness, while the long, lingering aftertaste showcases the finesse and refinement of this sake. Enjoyed on its own, it reveals its full spectrum of flavors.
