Sake Mirai: A Rare Rice Variety Crafted by Juyondai

Sake Mirai rice is a rare and exclusive variety developed in-house by Juyondai. With only one harvest every six months and a production limited to just over 2,000 bottles per batch, this sake is truly exceptional.

Upon opening, it exudes the sweet aroma of cantaloupe. After a brief airing, the sake reveals complex layers of flavor, including banana candy, Fuji apple, and ripe pear. Bursting with umami, its light and captivating texture makes for an enchanting drinking experience.
