This Daiginjo is made using Yamadanishiki polished down to 50%. It features a Ginjo-ka that is plump yet gentle on the throat. This unique offering carries a supple and delicate taste reminiscent of silk. The box is specially decorated with calligraphy from Juichi Yoshikawa.
