Like the crystal of snow, it's beautifully well-proportioned dry Sake.
It's different from the general Eikohfuji Sake, the taste is dry, and the aroma is moderate. The aroma is moderately refreshing, like muscat and mint. It's very juicy and dry, like high-grade chablis.
Elegant complexity and Umami make this Sake so special.
We highly recommend pairing with grilled white-meat fish.
