It's one of the most premium Sake of Eikohfuji. It's fruity like citrus fruits and berries, mixed but well-proportioned. And, it's extremely transparent like crystal-clear underground water.
The pure and beautiful Umami and sourness take the sweetness over and leaves the cute and pop sweetness in the aftertaste.
