Yukiwakamaru is one of the latest rice in Yamagata. Thi Sake is produced by this rice polished down to 50%.
As soon as opening the bottle, the gorgeous aroma, like tropical fruits, pops up.
The fresh and elegant Umami and moderate sweetness spread vibrantly. It's relatively light-bodied, and the finish is dry and very clean.
The bold taste transition and the explosive first attack made this Sake named hypernova!
