In 2012, a relatively new brewer's rice variety called "Jugemu" was registered, with the Fukuoka Prefecture’s general brewer's rice "Yumeikkon" as the mother and "Yamada Nishiki" as the father.

This rice has a large starchy core, dissolves easily, and tends to produce Sake with minimal off-flavors.

With a gentle ginjo aroma, this Sake features a smooth, deep, and glossy sweetness, accompanied by Umami and a light bitterness that makes it ideal as a meal companion. It is slightly drier and has a higher alcohol content than the typical Eiko Fuji series, offering a robust drinking experience!
