EIKOHFUJI has done it again with their limited yet highly appealing saké which have distinct characters to them. This Junmaiginjo grade saké is brewed using HAENUKI table rice from the Yamagata prefecture. It has a rather pleasant and fruity taste profile which is suited across a wide range of cuisines.
