It's an unpasteurized, unfiltered, and undiluted Junmaidaiginjo brewed with using white wine yeast. The top note is elegant and fruity, like white grapes. The attack is light and refreshing. The sharp dryness and crispiness make this label super unique.
It nicely pairs with both Japanese and western foods. It's simply lovely to appreciate as an aperitif by pairing with the appetizer using the olive oil.
