Gangi has been accumulating the skill and knowledge of using Yamadanishiki. Most of their Sake is produced with Yamadanishiki. As this label names as "Another", it's their new challenge for using different rice, which is less polished.
It's produced with local rice, Nihonbare, only 20% polished out; However, you can't feel any off-taste. The thick and various layers of taste and slightly milky and fruity aroma will make you surprised.
