It’s the limited-edition cloudy sparkling sake! Fine bubbles dance on your tongue.
Judging only by the Sake Meter Value (SMV), it appears to be a charming type of sake.
However, the naturally created vibrant bubbles sweep away the sweetness, leaving a dry and refreshing finish. The aroma is fresh and fruity, reminiscent of yogurt and peach.
Please enjoy it as an aperitif or paired with fruits and desserts.
