According to the brewer, it's the perfect Sake that there were no drawbacks at the first tasting in the brewery. The attack is full-bodied, but an excellent sharpness doesn't make it feel too heavy.
There is a nuance of fruits in rich Umami. It is a roundish sweetness, and sourness creates the shape of taste brilliantly.
