Genpei Shuzo is located in Echizen Ohno of Fukui Pref, where is the center of high-quality underground water.
Most of the houses in this area have a well and use underground water. It's a very rare area in Japan.
This Sake is the first brew of this year, and it's super fresh and transparent Sake. By using Gohyakumangoku and Yaamadanishiki, Sake has the condensed Umami and dryness.
The aroma is fruity, like melon, pear, and apple.
You can understand how great the quality of water is.
