It's luxurious AmaSake produced by Hakkaisan Shuzo in Niigata. It's produced with the Koji rice which is polished down to 60%. Other ingredients are non-additive, so we can enjoy the very soft and natural sweetness which Koji yeasts generate.
It contains a lot of nutrients, especially amino acid and AmaSake is called a drinkable intravenous drip because the nutrients are quite similar.
