The land of Kujira, where the myth of Takamagahara(高天原), said to be the garden of the gods, remains. The water and rice of this land and the miraculous Sake produced by microorganisms have existed since ancient times.
The motif is the golden whale (Kujira 鯨) where the garden of the gods lives. Yamadanishiki produced by the brewers themselves in the rice field near the brewery is polished down to 50% and brewed using the Kimoto method.
It is a Sake that luxuriously bottles the center part of Nakadori, which is the most delicious part like the Ootoro of the Tuna. We call it "ど真ん中採り", bottling the only most delicious part.
The aroma is gentle, and the natural fizziness creates a refreshing taste, and it's very clear. The Kimoto-like sourness has a dignified taste without any unpleasantness. It is the ultimate in Kimoto Junmaidaiginjo with a solid body.
