The land of Kujira, where the myth of Takamagahara(高天原), said to be the garden of the gods, remains. The water and rice of this land and the miraculous Sake produced by microorganisms have existed since ancient times.
The motif is the golden whale (Kujira 鯨) where the garden of the gods lives. Yamadanishiki produced by the brewers themselves in the rice field near the brewery is polished down to 50%.
It is a Sake that luxuriously bottles the center part of Nakadori, which is the most delicious part like the Ootoro of the Tuna.
We call it "ど真ん中採り", bottling the only most delicious part. It has a lustrous, translucent color, and a youthful fruit-like scent rises quietly.
When you put it in, it has a slightly crisp fizziness, and the moist taste spreads in your mouth, and it is soft and robust, and you can feel the richness and gentle sweetness. It's fruity, but it's not flashy, it's a restrained and elegant Sake.
