In 2022, Kobayashi Shuzo celebrated its 150th anniversary. Hououbiden brand is pleased to announce the opening of the new brewery "Hishogura". To commemorate the opening, we are releasing a special Sake brewed at the new brewery!
Appropriate for the New Year, the color scheme is red and white, making it look auspicious. The fragrance is gorgeous, like Muscat, and the sweet taste and smooth texture are exquisite.
The body is light and not too heavy, and the refreshing and comfortable dryness and bitterness tighten the aftertaste.
