A Junmai Daiginjo brewed with great care using the sacred water of Nikko, a spiritual site. A fresh and transparent sake for mature palates—Houou Biden.
This Junmai Daiginjo is crafted with Tochigi-grown rice polished to 50% and brewed with the sacred water of Nikko. Bottled as close as possible to its natural state after pressing, this sake is exceptionally fresh, with a pleasant effervescence.
It boasts a sweet yet refreshing aroma with a soft and elegant fragrance. The palate offers a crystal-clear texture with a delightful fizz. The light sweetness is complemented by fresh acidity and refined umami, making for an enjoyable balance.
After swallowing, a subtle bitterness lingers, followed by a clean and sharp finish. It’s a very drinkable and well-rounded sake.
