Junmai Daiginjo Using Gohyakumangoku from Mita(美田) area, the Home of Houou Biden(鳳凰美田).
This Junmai Daiginjo, made from Gohyakumangoku rice from the Mita district, allows you to experience the natural splendor of the Mita area. It has a muscat-like fruity aroma that hints at its deliciousness, and when sipped, a rich sweetness spreads in your mouth. It leaves a pleasant aftertaste with lingering umami.
Although it is a kimoto-style sake, the acidity is not overly emphasized, providing a refreshing mouthfeel. The sweetness reminiscent of peaches and mangoes is complemented by a subtle bitter umami. Its robust flavor pairs perfectly with richly flavored dishes.
