Gorgeous Junmaidaiginjo brewed by Aiyama rice bottled in Magnum bottle made in Italy, the taste and aroma are so elegant!
It's the most expensive phoenix in Hououbiden. There are three phoenixes in Hououbiden. This white one is the most expensive and gorgeous label.
It's produced by using the Aiyama rice polished down to 45% and bottling the essence of Sake dripped by the meshed bag.
The aroma is not too gorgeous; it's more refreshing and clean, like lychee and melon peel. Once sipping it, and elegantly fruity aroma goes through your nose.
The sweetness is very purified and clean. It continues until the end, and well-balanced Umami overwraps it. The finish is sharp, and the transparent sweetness lasts long.
